    Please point me in the right direction: PT or chiropractic care? Night time sciatica from L5 buldge. Tired of the pain. Pilates 2x per week, but does not help this problem. PT in the past helped for a while. 62 year old relatively fit lady. 😊

      Chiropractic is mainly focused with treatment of the spine and nervous system and as such we see issues like yours every day. I’ll admit I’m partial for sure and would love for you to use a chiropractor; preferably one that uses additional modalities in conjunction with chiropractic care. However, since you have had results with PT in the past, it stands to reason that you will get great results again. Research has shown the use of both simultaneously to be very effective as well. I hope that gives some direction.
