Race through a beautiful planned community on paved running trails, through picturesque Meadow Park, and over a 1/3 mile elevated boardwalk through a nature area.

This 5K Chaser Race and 1-mile Kids Run gives women a head start over the men. The first participant to cross the finish line, male or female, wins cash. Benefits breast cancer research.

Run from the Wrightsville Beach Park and Recreation Center along flat surface scenic loop course around Wrightsville Beach. There’s a 5K and 1-mile Kids Fun Run.

The 3rd Annual Two Town Half Marathon features a 5K on Topsail Island from Topsail Beach to Surf City. It’s a gorgeous point-to-point course during the peak of autumn.

The 4th Annual Harrells Christian Academy 5K Walk/Run for Technology proceeds fund the new STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) Lab for K-5 students.

Join the Cape Fear Flyers on a trail run through the beautiful Carolina Beach State Park. The Cape Fear Flyers is a non-profit organization that offers Junior Olympic Cross Country and track and field at an affordable rate.

Run, jump, and crawl through obstacles and mud at the National Guard Armory at the airport. This is a great course for both the seasoned mud runner and the newbie.

The 4-mile trail run takes place in the River Bluffs community through well-maintained trails on bluffs high above the Northeast Cape Fear River. The 4-mile Trail Run and 1-mile Kids Superhero Run culminate with the River Bluffs HomeFest. Race participants get free beer and free entry to HomeFest.

Superheroes, princesses, ghost, ghouls, goblins, and more will invade Greenfield Lake Park for a timed 5K and untimed 1-mile Candy Dash with trick or treat stops for children. The race benefits the Historic Wilmington Foundation.
